This issue occurs only on newer devices released in 2018 or later.
Certain AVI or MKV are using video codec, which is not supported by AppleiPhone Xs/Xr and above. You will see the following message “A problem has occurred loading this content”.
Our development team is working hard on the solution, which will be released in the future.
