You cannot adjust the audio volume with Beamer.

Beamer streams the audio and video data through the Apple TV by utilizing the AirPlay protocol to a connected screen such as a TV. The TV or the audio receiver such as an amplifier, is where you can adjust the audio volume, usually via its remote control or directly on the device itself.

Please note, this is a limitation of the AirPlay protocol and that it’s also not possible to adjust the volume when using AirPlay to play a movie from an iOS device such as an iPad and iPhone.
