1. Assign Head of Support on the ticket's case.

2. If the solution is temporary unavailable (approved from HoS) -> send a Follow-up letter to the customer (tell you have forwarded the issue to the dev-s, and they'll try to fix it in the future updates);

3. Close the ticket.
