How to Cancel Your Softorino Subscription or Universal License?

If you're looking to cancel your Softorino account, stop Universal License renewal, or cancel a WALTR PRO subscription, here's exactly how to do it using FastSpring—our current billing provider.

All Softorino licenses are managed through FastSpring.

These emails include a Manage Your Order or Subscription Settings link.
To cancel your subscription:
Open your FastSpring confirmation email
Click the “Manage Your Order” link
Log in using your email address
Select the subscription you want to cancel
Click “Cancel Subscription”
That’s it — your subscription will not renew, and you’ll retain access until the end of the billing period.
