WALTR PRO
If WALTR PRO isn’t opening, keeps crashing, or isn’t functioning properly on your Windows PC, this guide will help you troubleshoot and fix common issues.

If WALTR PRO doesn’t launch:
Restart your computer and try opening the app again.
Check if your Windows version is up to date.
Disable antivirus or firewall temporarily, as they may block the app.
Run WALTR PRO as an administrator:
Right-click the WALTR PRO icon.
Select Run as administrator.
If the issue persists, reinstall WALTR PRO.
Delete WALTR PRO Settings file:
Go to C:\ProgramData\Softorino\WALTR PRO\ and delete the Settings file.
Please note: the ProgramData folder is hidden by default. To make it visible, click on View → Hidden items in the File Explorer menu bar.
If WALTR PRO crashes when you open it or during file transfers:
Close unnecessary background apps to free up system resources.
Check if your graphics drivers are up to date.
Try running WALTR PRO in compatibility mode:
Right-click the WALTR PRO icon and select Properties.
Go to the Compatibility tab.
Select Run this program in compatibility mode for: and choose an older Windows version.
Click Apply and restart WALTR PRO.
If your iPhone or iPad isn’t recognized:
Ensure you have iTunes installed (even if you don’t use it, it provides necessary drivers).
Use a different USB cable or try another USB port.
Enable Wi-Fi connectivity in WALTR PRO and make sure both devices are on the same network.
Restart your Wi-Fi router or switch to a wired connection for faster speeds.
Make sure your device has enough storage space.
Convert large files to a more compatible format before transferring.
You don’t need to open iTunes, but the iTunes drivers must be installed for proper device detection.
Uninstall WALTR PRO from your Control Panel.
Restart your computer.
Download the latest version from Softorino’s website.
Install and try again.
