This is usually a connection or driver issue. Here’s what to try:
Reconnect your device via USB
Use a different USB cable or port
Unlock your iPhone and tap “Trust This Computer”
Restart your iPhone and computer
On Windows: make sure Apple Mobile Device Support is installed

If you’re seeing errors like “Couldn’t verify subscription”, or WALTR PRO won’t activate:
— Restart the app and try again
— Disable any VPN or firewall temporarily
— On Windows: delete old license files fromC:\ProgramData\Softorino\WALTR PRO
— Re-activate your license email here:
