Unfortunately, you can’t transfer media files from iOS to Mac using iTunes, however, we suggest you use the Mac software Image Capture instead.

Here is how you go about it:

1. Connect iPad to Mac with a USB cable or via Wi-Fi.

2. Open Image Capture.

3. Select your iPad on Image Capture.

4. Select the video you would like to transfer.

5. Select the Target Folder.

6. Transfer the video/videos.

Once the transfer is complete, a tick mark will display in at the right bottom of the thumbnail.
