Is my iPhone charger / lightning cable covered under AppleCare warranty?

AppleCare in brief.

Updated 6 days ago

Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty covers the original Apple cables. With it, cables are protected against defects in materials and workmanship. However, it will not be helpful in case of accidental damage or misuse.

By the way, if you are not sure whether or not you have the AppleCare Warranty, you can check out the AppleCare+ website or head straight to the 'About' section in your iPhone.

Important: AppleCare+ can be bought when you purchase the device, or up to 60 days afterward. After that, you'll have to pay for all repair costs.

Hopefully, your issue could be easily solved without any additional steps.

Good luck :)
