The quick answer is No. You can simply Sign in with Apple, it is as fast as using Facebook or Google alternative. It only takes one tap, even when you switch to another Apple device.

By comparison, Sign in with Apple only shares your name and an email address with the app maker. Using your real email address is optional in this case. Instead, you can set up a proxy email that forwards messages to your true address.
