Apps not appearing in iTunes is not a rare issue. We have covered all you need to know to get rid of the problem.
Take a few simple steps:
Connect the iPhone to your computer.
Open iTunes.
Sync your iPhone (optional, but recommended).
Right-click on your iPhone icon in iTunes.
Select Transfer Purchase.
One more thing you might want to check... Make sure that your computer is authorized to use the iTunes store:
From the top menu bar in iTunes click Store -> Authorize computer.
Once you have authorized, please repeat the steps above.
