Lost your activation key? No worries — here’s how to get it back in just a few steps. Whether you’re trying to find your activation key, retrieve a lost subscription code, or figure out where your license went — this guide will walk you through it.

Follow these steps to recover your license key:
Go to the License Manager → https://softorino.com/submanager
Enter the email you used to buy your app or Universal License.
Check your inbox for an email from Softorino called "Softorino Access Link."
Click the link inside that email to open your Subscription Dashboard.
From there, you’ll see all your apps, their activation status, & options to install or reset them.
If you bought a one-time license (not a subscription) & can’t find your key:
Email our support team: support@softorino.app
Mention the email you used for purchase
We’ll look it up & send your activation code
Sometimes these emails land in Spam or Promotions, so double-check those folders.
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, reach out to us — we’re happy to help.
Where is my subscription key stored?
You don’t need to memorize it — just go to the Subscription Manager, and we’ll send you access via email.
Can I use the same license on a new device?
Yes — just click “Reset License” in your dashboard before switching devices.
I used a different email by mistake — what now?
Contact support@softorino.app, and we’ll help update it for you.
